Volunteer at the 4-H Fair 2022

Welcome Volunteers!

The Morris County 4-H Fair is a huge event and almost entirely put together by volunteers like you. THANK YOU! It takes many helpful Heads, Hearts, Hands, and Helpers. This page has information on what volunteer jobs and opportunities are needed.

Set-up Weekend - Sign-up

The Fair gets set-up the weekend before it opens. This is an exiting and fun time to share with fellow 4-H'ers and other supporters. All 4-H Families and friends are invited!

Fair shifts - Sign-up

This is where you will find the link to put your name down in a time slot to help as a hay ride ticket seller, fair announcer, ...  All kinds of shifts are needed to run the fair. Shift will be needed during the Fair hours:

We are looking for activity leaders at the Children's Fun Station / Cloverbud Corner. If you have something you would like to share at the Fair with our visiting families and young 4-H members, feel free to contact the 4-H Office or Fair Committee (see below). Examples of activities are: drop-in story time for an hour, a simple craft, playing a big board game, ...  Fun Station signup Here

Take-down - Sign-up

The take-down starts right after the fair ends on Sunday, July 24 at 4pm and continues for the next three days (Monday - Wednesday, July 25-27).

All are great opportunities for students to earn volunteer hours, for individuals, groups, or companies to have a fun and meaningful team activity and give your gift of time to the community.
