The Morris County 4-H Association invites you to be a sponsor of the Morris County 4-H Fair. This annual showcase of the achievements of Morris County 4-H members is our biggest sponsorship option and fundraiser of the Morris County 4-H Association. Not only does it make the Fair possible but it also provides funding for events, scholarships, and awards ceremonies for our youth members throughout the year. 

Your sponsorship benefits the youth of Morris County and the community at large, and we believe we provide a well-noticed method of thanking you, our sponsor.  For our Business Sponsor, we have a potential customer base in excess of 20,000.  All sponsorships are tax deductible to the allowable extent; 4-H is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.

Our Sponsorship Levels:

GREEN LEVEL: $1 to $99 - Recognition on our Fair schedule.

BRONZE LEVEL: $100 to $249 - A Blue Rosette sponsor ribbon and recognition in our Fair program.

SILVER LEVEL: $250 or more - A Blue Rosette sponsor ribbon, display of a tent banner, recognition in our Fair program and several public address announcements of your sponsorship during the Fair.

GOLD LEVEL: $500 or more - An Appreciation plaque, prominent display of a tent banner, recognition in our Fair program, tent space for display of informational brochures and several public address announcements of your sponsorship during the Fair.

PLATINUM LEVEL: $750 or more - An Appreciation plaque, prominent display of a tent banner, recognition in our Fair program, premium tent space for display of informational brochures, frequent public address announcements of your sponsorship during the Fair.

DIAMOND LEVEL: $1,000 or more - An Appreciation plaque, prominent display of two tent banners, recognition in our Fair program, premium tent space for display of informational brochures, frequent public address announcements of your sponsorship during the Fair.

STAR LEVEL: $5,000 or more – Everything included in Diamond Level plus recognized sponsorship of major Events/Tents and unlimited advertising.

All sponsorships include publication in the Fair Program and on the Morris County 4-H website.

Most importantly, our Sponsors earn the gratitude of the member youth, volunteers and staff of Rutgers Cooperative Extension 4-H Youth Development Program, as well as the satisfaction of knowing that through the 4-H program, youth develop knowledge, attitudes and skills they need to become competent, caring and contributing citizens.

Any amount is welcome and appreciated. Your donations help keep our current programs and events free or at low prices to our 4-H families. They provide scholarships to our members to attend national, international and other 4-H related events, and subsidize program costs for some 4-H families.
